The Astro-Amdocs relationship has come under scrutiny on social media recently and as employees of the company, we would like to clarify the situation. There has been old and inaccurate information on Amdocs being shared on social media and this may have painted our association in a negative way.
We would like to reiterate that :-
1. Amdocs is a global market leader in customer relationship management and billing systems and their services and software are used by many companies in Malaysia and throughout the world.
2. Amdocs is a USA based company with headquarters in Missouri, USA.
3. Amdocs is a 100% institutionally (institutional investors) owned company, listed on NASDAQ Stock Exchange in New York, USA.
4. Astro's relationship with Amdocs is through its subsidiaries in Ireland and in Malaysia.

The company’s principal headquarters is in the United States. The USA-based Southwestern Bell acquired a 50% stake in Amdocs in 1985. Today, Amdocs is 100% institutionally owned via its listing on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange.
It employs over 20,000 employees and services customers in more than 70 countries. The company has offices and research facilities around the world including Malaysia. The Amdocs subsidiaries which Astro has engaged with are incorporated in Ireland and Malaysia.
